Refunds are only applicable if the product is unused or has not been written in.
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return:
- Email us at return@theflowagenda.com.
- Include your name, order number, and the product(s) you’d like to return.
- Let us know why you’re returning the product, so we can learn and improve.
For U.S. orders, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label to expedite the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately upon receipt at return@theflowagenda.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. Please note, we cannot accept returns for products that have been written in or used.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
